The world of perfume enthusiasts is made up of passion for physical sensations, attraction for elegant essences and refined formulas, but also of seeking & collecting rarities. When we were involved in the Scentrobe project, a digital collection and cataloging place for Chinese perfume collectors, there was only the intuition of a strong interest. We accompanied our client in the exact definition of the context and target users, the value proposition and the brand, until arriving step by step at the visual and functional definition of the product. A specific development management method was also needed, capable of overcoming the limits linked to the language and a little-known development platform, that of WeChat applications. The final product is a significant evolution compared to the initial intuition and, in its complexity, amplifies the exclusive value of the proposal.
